  • CNC MILLING

    There is an extensive range of ancillary equipment available for specific applications.

    The most basic motion for a controller is to move the machine tool along a linear path from one point to another. Some machine tools can only do this in XY, and have to accept changes in Z separately. Some have two further axes of rotation to control the orientation of the cutter, and can move them simultaneously with the XYZ motion. Lately 4, and 5 axis machines have become popular.

    We provide high-quality CNC Turning with the operation of an impressive range of state of the art Turning Lathes

    CNC turning is the process of used to produce cylindrical components. A cylindrical piece of stock is rotated and a cutting tool is traversed along 2 axes of motion to produce precise diameters and depths. Turning can be either on the outside of the cylinder or one can perform inside diameter turning (also known as boring) to produce tubular like components to various geometries.

    We offer a specialist grinding service

    We cover a wide range of materials and apertures and can grind to minute tolerances with exceptional surface finishes.

  • CNC Wire Cut

    We offers tolerances to ±0.005mm and surface finishes to Ra 0.1µm, removing the need for subsequent polishing.

    CNC wire cut is the process of using wire of various diameters and lengths, impregnated with diamond dust of various sizes to cut through materials. Because of the hardness of diamonds, this cutting technique can cut through most any material that is "softer" than the diamond abrasive.
